SAUCES CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT

 

RARA CURRY SAUCE ( Suitable for chicken / meat)

 

Onions and whole spices simmered in vegetable oil until the onions golden brown, added tomato, ground spices and fully cooked, then blended to smooth paste sauce. 

Suitable for chicken, meats or fish 

 

Storage instructions

Store in the chiller between 3-5 degrees C | -18 c for freezing. Freeze on the first day of purchase, use within one month and defrost thoroughly before use.

 

Suggested Cooking Instructions ( per portion)

  • Add in a saucepan, one 150ml of water

  • Add 150gm of curry sauce

  • Add 200 gm raw meat or chicken and cover saucepan

  • Heat and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.

  • 15-20 min for chicken and 10 min. for  fish, 40-60 minutes meat 

  • Use carom seeds , curry leaves (optional); salt to taste

  • Garnish accordingly

 

Other Options:

 

  • Korma flavour ( Add ingredients sugar, butter, coconut milk)

  • Karahi flavour ( Adding ingredients adding fresh Julian onions, green chilli and peppers)

  • Malabar flavour ( Cream, butter, coconut milk, curry leaves)

Restaurant Kitchen

TIKKA MASALA SAUCE (ideal for baked chicken/meat/ prawns)

 

Spices and onions cooked and gently simmered with vegetable ghee and tomato, honey, fenugreek,, homemade Garam Masala, paprika then fully cooked, blended to smooth paste sauce.  Suitable for oven baking or grilling

 

Storage instructions

Store in chiller between 3-5 degrees C | -18 c for freezing. Freeze on first day of purchase, use within one month and defrost thoroughly before use.

 

Cooking instructions (per portion)

  • Add in saucepan, a 100ml of water, (Optional-cream, coconut powder, cashew nuts powder)

  • Add 150gms. of Tikka Masala sauce

  • Add 200 gm grilled meat or chicken and cover the saucepan with lid for two minutes

  • Heat and simmer on low heat, stir occasionally.

  • Add  a tea spoon of butter (optional)

  • salt to taste

 

Other Options: adding sugar, butter (Allergen), cream(Allergen), coconut powder or milk(Allergen) and/or cashew nut powder (Allergen)

Salmon in Sauce

RARA VEG SAUCE ( Ideal for Vegetables)

 

Onions and selected spices simmered in oil, cooked until golden brown together with the tomatoes, then blended to smooth paste sauce. Suitable for cooking any seasonal vegetables.

Allergen: Mustard Seeds

  • Add 150gms. of curry sauce

  • Add 200 gm vegetables and cover saucepan ( use foil paper to cover for meat)

  • Heat and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally

  • Salt to taste.

Palak Paneer

CHILLIE SAUCE  ( Suitable for Paneer, Chicken, Fish)

 

Whole dry chilli simmered in oil with spring onion, garlic and ginger, with added plum tomato, and cooked. gently selected spices., Suitable for chilli paneer (Allergen)r, MoGo, Fish and Chicken.

Whether for a small domestic use or  large retail or catering orders, we  deliver predominantly into London in refrigerated vans (subject to minimum order) or you can collect from our premises.

 

Order must be placed  24 hours in advance by phone or online.

 

All sauces are suitable labelled together with storage and cooking instructions  .

  • We take online orders  (24/7) and telephone orders between 9am to 3pm every day.

  • Food safe Packaging Containers of sauce varies in weights of 500gms, 1 kg, 3kg and 5 kgs.

  • We require orders to be placed by 3pm  (telephone orders) and by 10pm (Online orders) for next day delivery and delivery time will vary, depending on location.

  • Free delivery over £100.00 orders within 5 miles ; other areas are subject to different minimum orders, so please ask.

  • Our drivers call or send SMS to our customers in advance before they reach the address.

  • £15.00 extra charge to  re-arrange the delivery if you miss our scheduled delivery.

  • Full payment required once order placed, we accept payment by card (via telephone),online or cash on delivery.
